Don't Mix PERSONAL with PROFESSIONAL!
If there's something I can't stand is irresponsibility. I can't work with you if you're irresponsible no matter if you're my best friend or my brother, I JUST CAN'T. There should be a balance because professionalism shouldn't be mixed with personal stuff. We all should be responsible with our issues or matters and don't let others do our job, that's LAME.

what's a congo?? Irresponsibility has nothing to do with mixing personal and professional lives. I believe that a group that interacts very good personally can work together much better in a more relaxed environment! We can mix professional and personal lives at work, we just have to know the limits and not to become irresponsible. don't you agree?
I share your anger towards irresponsability! Why sometimes, not always, people have to wait to be pressured to do things right, it should not be like that.
With time, its something I had learned.
