Converse is an American shoe company that has been making shoes since the 20th Century and they're 
responsible of today's massive success. Converse All-Stars are MORE THAN SOME SHOES, TENNIS OR SNEAKERS.. They're an EPIC FASHION ICON!Historically, they weren't as popular until baskteball player, Chuck Taylor, adopted this fashion trend which has become the biggest imprint ever in shoes history haha! Although classic black is the most popular, Chuck Taylor was himself known to prefer
unbleached white high-tops (known in his day as simply "white"). After that, consumers were crazy and started demanding other styles and colors. Then the Low-top appered and off course the amazing variety of colors we absolutely adore to wear. There was a small amount of time in which dark/gothics/punkers/emo people were the only profitable market because of Rockstars influence, but then we can see almost everyone with converse, including the airhead girl! :) I'm very in love with the latest PR campaign because of its visual art among the feet of some hot old/new Rock Stars including Billie Joe Armstrong (Green Day), James Dean, Karen O. (Yeah Yeah Yeah's), Sid Viscious, Common, M.I.A., among many others.

I used to love them a lot when I was younger. They were very cheap here. And then they got outdated... but recently they've made a comeback and cost twice as much as they did before. They are very cool :)
